This Location

The Jordan Wellness Center at Jordan High School in Watts officially reopened in August 2024 after being closed during the pandemic. This center, run by UMMA, serves as a critical healthcare hub for both students and the surrounding community, offering services. The reopening is seen as a vital resource in addressing the healthcare gap in the area, providing much-needed services to an underserved population.

HIV, STI, HEP C, PrEP testing

Confidential testing and treatment for HIV, STIs, and Hepatitis C, along with PrEP consultations.

Case Management

Assists patients with accessing healthcare and social services.

ACE Screenings

Evaluates patients for adverse childhood experiences to support mental and physical well-being.

Adolescent Medicine

Provides specialized care and support for teenagers and young adults.

Substance Abuse Counseling

Support and counseling for individuals dealing with addiction.

Mon – Thur: 7:30am – 11:30am and 12:30pm – 4:30pm
Friday: 8am – 12pm and 1pm – 5pm
Saturday – Sunday: Closed
