Serving South L.A. since 2012, Fremont Wellness Center began through a partnership between the Los Angeles Neighborhood Land Trust, UMMA Community Clinic, and LAUSD to support health and sustainability.
In 2022, we expanded that commitment with the opening of Fremont Family Dental Clinic.
