Get Support After Release with Project RENEW
Project RENEW supports men living with or at risk for infectious diseases, including HIV, hepatitis, and sexually transmitted infections, who are within 90 days of release.
Your Second Chance, Fully Supported
Project RENEW helps Justice-Involved individuals take control of their health and build a strong foundation after release. Support is available for HIV and Hepatitis treatment and prevention, mental health care, alcohol and drug treatment and primary health care.
Our goal is to make sure no one must navigate reentry alone – care, resources, and guidance are here every step of the way.
Project RENEW Services
Peer Navigators
Our Peer Navigators bring firsthand lived experience with the challenges faced during and after incarceration. Having successfully navigated similar journeys, they are trained to provide guidance, encouragement, and practical support during the reentry process.
Case Management
A case manager will work one-on-one to create a care plan that fits each person’s unique reentry needs and goals. No matter the challenge, support will be available every step of the way.
Housing Navigation
Our dedicated Housing Navigator works with individuals to develop realistic and achievable housing goals, with a clear understanding of the current housing crisis. Support is available for both housed and unhoused individuals, though housing placement cannot be guaranteed.
