Expanding Care and Support at Locke Early Education Center
UMMA Health is honored to announce the expansion of our partnership with Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) with the opening of our third school-based site, operated out of Locke Early Education Center in South Los Angeles. UMMA Health will provide a wide range of medical and preventative dental services to the children and families served by the Locke Early Education Center, as well as the greater community and neighboring schools. This new site offers an incredible opportunity to integrate health and wellness into the educational experience, and represents a milestone for UMMA, the opening of our second dental location.
A Focus on Preventative Dental Health
One of the cornerstone programs at the clinic will be a robust preventative dental initiative aimed at improving oral health outcomes for young children, a critical component of overall well-being.

About Locke Early Education Center
The Locke Early Education Center, part of the Los Angeles Unified School District, serves children aged 2 to 4.5 years old, providing developmentally appropriate preschool programs that cater to the social-emotional, physical, and cognitive needs of its students. Located in South Los Angeles, the center is committed to preparing children for lifelong success.
